I can provide extensive HR support to small businesses who don't have their own internal HR department. This can be anything from writing company policy, creating contracts or providing HR advice and guidance. I can do this for an annual retained fee, or alternatively a one off payment for each piece of work that's done to ensure it's the most cost effective solution for your business.
As well as providing CV guidance and interview advice to individuals, I am able to offer more bespoke services to corporate and charitable organisations on a consultative basis.
During my career, I have been involved in a variety of change management programmes and I know how difficult it is for organisations to provide help and practical support to employees who are being made redundant. I can offer tailored outplacement services where I will come to your premises and coach redundant employees on how to find a new role, including CV advice and writing and interview coaching.
The cost of this service will vary, but rather than charging a fee per individual, we can agree a set fee therefore agreeing a cost at the outset. There won't be any hidden or additional charges for 'extras' - everything is transparent and laid out before any work is commenced. There is also a 10% discount available to charitable organisations.
I am able to design and implement training courses for any organisation, covering a range of recruitment and HR related topics including (but not limited to):
- HR policies and procedures, including how to write them
- Employment law and statutory regulations
- Recruitment training - how to recruit the right people and retain them going forward
- How to manage staff, including basic employment law topics that all managers should know
While large organisations will have people in place to do these things, some smaller businesses may not and I would be happy to help any organisation who feels they could benefit from a service of this kind. Like the outplacement mentioned above, training fees will be tailored to each individual organisation and everything will be up front, with no hidden costs.
